looking to cool my gpu and debating between HR-03 Rev. A and a Thermaltake Tide Water.....which would give the best cooling? i would think the Tide Water because its liquid cooling v. air but the HR-03 seems really good in its own too..

Tidewater cannot be repaired if it fails and is only marginally better (if that) than good air cooling. I suggest that if you want to WC you go all the way and not with something that if you do decide to WC your cpu later, you will end up throwing in the trash. It takes about $200 to do a decent WC setup. The only decent Tt WCing product is the Bigwater 745 with the 400L/hr pump.

If you have good case airflow I would go with the air cooling, more dependable and probally will even work better if your case is set up right.
