I’m not sure how many of you are having this problem but Google says it has fixed a problem that was causing Windows Mobile phone users to receive blank Gmail messages. There you go, if you had a problem…now you don’t.

In October, Google began supporting IMAP for Gmail. That means messages that mobile users send or receive from their phones are synced with their Gmail accounts, appearing the next time users access their accounts from a computer. But shortly after the announcement, Windows Mobile users began complaining in online forums about problems.

My brother was having an issue where he would receive a copy of the email he just sent out. Very annoying to receive a message you just wrote. Yet when I had my account configured on his phone it did not happen.

Haven'y had this issue, but it could be because I use company branded Gmail.

Although I do have the recieving a sent message issue. Happens on my phone and Outlook. Not so bothersome that I have really tried to find out if I can fix it. :p

I had the blank e-mail issue and this issue as well.
Glad to see they've fixed the blank e-mail issue
