My Q6600 G0 is currently at 3.4 (425x8), 1.45V in bios, 1.35V read from speedfan, under full load w prime95 on all cores, 66C x2 and 60C x2 cooled by a Scythe Mine with the default 92mm fan.
Still running 3.4 (425x8) but 1.3875V in bios, 1.31V under load in windows, fully loaded with prime now at 49Cx2 46Cx2. Ultima90 + 120x38mm fan made all the difference. Oh! I figured out my initial temps were actually 15-20C higher (Speedfan 1.33 reporting 15C low on Q6600), so from 80C to 50C with a heatsink and fan change... not too shabby.
