If it will power what you need (not a DFI N4), then even I have to say, at that price it is hard to beat.

well it doesn't have a 24pin mobo connector and has been know to blow. (Didn't this happen to Kyle's Ultra?) I would choose something else. The Faq's are a good place to start.
