Good Opera and IE7 Ad-Blockers?

I know, but I've been spoiled with ad-block, and if its a site I would like to support, I will end up clicking on their ads or donating anyways. Did I mention I would like an adblocker with a whitelist like Firefox?
 
Any type of posts about adblocking are not allowed on this forum and can result in an immediate ban. It's in the rules.
