Good note taking software for OSX?

I use Notebook, by circusponies I would say that it is almost just as good as OneNote, download the free trial and see what you think, I really like it.
 
i use crossover and onenote to take notes in class. it works well. i only have two gripes about it. 1. using any of the drawing tools instantly kills onenote. 2. once or twice a week i have to reboot the program and crossover because it turns my text into random symbols. Not deal breakers for me, as I like the organization of it way better than anything else I could find. Also, I'm a law student, so I probably take more notes than most, and having everything organized to start really helps for outlining courses.
 
Evernote all the way. Love how it syncs to whatever your using. Evernote's Iphone app is great to.
