The Jayztwocents guy is a little annoyong, but he does about as good of a guide for first timers you'll find out there, walking your through each step of the process, and providing relatively clear shots of the assembly process.

I'd recommend starting with this video and then browsing the rest of his channel to fill in any gaps in your understanding.

I'll echo Zara. It's been a few years since Jay has some a comprehensive custom loop video, but his older ones are still pretty relevant in regards to the basics of component selection, pros and cons of different fittings and tubing types, etcetera.
