Good Glossy 23-24 inch

Any suggestions? I can't seem to figure out how you can tell if a monitor is glossy or not, I have ordered the current model I have, and the description said glossy, but they were talking about the bezel.

I can pay between 2-300 dollars. Any help would be appreciated!!, im currently looking at the HP model, but not sure if there are any better options avail

I have the HP model.

Mine is actually older, as it does NOT have a DVI connector, only VGA and HDMI.

Not an issue as my graphics card has HDMI.

The HP model can also swivel 90 degrees for a portait view!
