Good deal?

Only thing wrong with that is the GTX 275 co-op cards.

you could build it from newegg and save about $600 from over price parts like the board and memory.

Yeah I'd have to concur about the video cards: For that much money, I don't see why you can't fit in 2 x HD 5850s.

Also, you can easily free up cash by dropping the Dominator RAM and go for other alternatives. Yes it's a Dream build hence why I'm ignoring the 6 core CPU, 2 x SSD, Corsair case/1000W PSU/Watercooling heatsink, blu-ray burner but seriously, that cash spent on the Dominator RAM can go towards either a faster video card, faster/larger SSDs, larger storage drives, etc.

the cost of the cpu alone could almost buy your really good i7+5850 build which which will last anyone good time @ 1080p.

I Couldnt see paying for that.. There isnt going to be enough of a performance increase in that 1000 dollar CPU compared to a 250 or 300 dollar CPU to warrant the cost. Not when you would get a better product upgrading the video cards as mentioned above..

that being said that is a dream build & different peoples dreams aren't necessarily going to line up.. So if whoever dreamed that up needs the CPU, but not as heavy on graphics then there ya go.. But other then spending too much on the CPU & not enough on the video its a very gaming orientated system.
