Good cheap ram?

I am looking for ram that can relibly hit 250, buy cheap I mean $70-90 for a 512dimm,the I am looking at are:

my AData pc3200 benches 290 in 3dmark & 293 in pcmark 1:1 2.5-4-4-8 with 3.2v

I think its pretty cheap but I bought this over a year ago so I cant be certain the prices now. I'm guessing cheap.

Yes, I beleive so. Except I have 2-256mb sticks.

I can't make any guarantee's but it has served me well.

i dont see how you could hit 290 on that ram...hell most high end memory has a hard time getting that high.

Don't know what to say to that except I've had great success with with asus, abit and most mainstream mems. I think its just a matter of implementing mods and avg/good cooling.
