Currently, I'm running the client on my rig in the signature, but it won't go above 50 percent load, is this a known problem, or no?

Second, is there a folding client for nvidia now?

I've got my PS3, 8800gt and my CPU all folding 100% right now, and I'll have another one or two soon, but I styill need help with the 50% CPU

If you have dual/quad core CPU you should use SMP client - regular client use only 1 core.

If you have a dual core CPU and you're running a single regular console client, then it will never go above 50% because it's only using one core. To use both cores you will either need to run two of the regular console clients or run the SMP client. The other option if you have an 8 series or newer nVidia GPU and a dual core system is to run the GPU client which will use one core and a single console client to use the other core.

In the case of quad cores, it's probably best to run the GPU client, an SMP client and a regular console client. That will usually net you the best PPD overall and is what I'm currently running on the rig in my sig.

Welcome back filthysanchez (neat handle :D)
I think the member that said on a dual core cpu runnin a non SMP client you would only get 50% percent usage or so is correct. If you have a 88xx series vga card (preferably a 8800 something) I think you can run a GPU client and a non SMP client at the same time or, has been stated before, run just the SMP client by itself. IMO, if at all possible, run the SMP client in Linux or, if not possible, run the WinSMP client, just be sure to use the Afinity program.

Just my $0.02 cents worth and like I said above Welcome back and FOLD ON!

Yeah, I'm at 100 with the GPU client and the non-SMP now, and the PS3's chugging along nicely as well
