going cheap for a cheap system

fixing my sister's PC, turns out the no name 300W psu in her a64 integrated graphics compaq is dead so I want to replace it with something as cheap as possible
I started to just grab this super cheap $13 Rosewill but started having second thoughts after seeing some of the reviews so I guess I can something that would be a bit more reliable
any suggestions? thanks
 
that silverstone is a good power supply i had one, will definately be a crapload more reliable than a rosewill lol
