This is my OC thus far... P5W 1101 BIOS. E6600 CPU week L624A... 3600mhz even at 9x400, 1:1 ratio, about 1.485v actual voltage. I'm happy as heck with this so far... it is game-stable, NOT prime-stable/SuperPi yet, retail stepping B2 chip. I will update with further truly stable results.

What cooling? Water? Air?

Air cooling with a Zalman CNPS8000 in a modded mATX X-QPack case that can now take ATX boards :D.

I couldn't prime for more than about an hour at 3.6, and I didn't want to put more voltage into it so... I dropped it to 3.5 (389x9) and it works flawlessly, however :D!

EDIT: Going to try a few motherboard setting tweaks I read about, I will post back!

3.5 is still really good. Be sure to fill out the info needed for the Conroe OC DB.

I can do 3.6 too.. but Orthos explodes almost instantly...

You're braver than I am.
