I wish I had the money to buy they all at once, but I dont. so this month, what do you guys think? should I get:

1. a Samsung evo 500gb + a 2nd 2x8gb=16gb ddr3 1866 (I already have 16gb, now i'll have 32gb, after this.)

or

2. msi n780 lightning GeForce gtx 780.

so is it 1 or 2? thanks.

I would go with the ssd and ram. Ram always changes in price high to low, low to high. So if you can get the ram low now i will. Gpus will always go down over time. BUT ya what are you using it for.

You should definitely get the SSD, but why do you need 32GB of RAM?
