I just built my new rig and for some reason it is not recognizing USB devices. I got it working initially but once I installed the drivers from the Mobo software disc the USB mouse and keyboard stopped working. Anybody know how I can fix this?

Also, I see a number of BIOs updates on the Gigabyte website: http://www.gigabyte-usa.com/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_Model.aspx?ProductID=2583.
Each version seems to correct something different so does this mean newer versions correct all issues listed in past versions or each BIOs update fixes something diffrent so I would have to update with every BIOs update. Please help. Thanks.

Uninstall the mobo drivers, use this inf ver. 8.4.0.1016, for sound this Realtek R1.87, for LAN Realtek 8111 B ver. 686 for XP / Realtek 8111 B ver. 6.202 for Vista. I use them and don't have any problems. LOL
The BIOS updates are cumulative, use F6 or above, if you have a Wolfdale, use F8a. My BIOS (F4) it isn't supported officially, but I have no problems yet.
Put your rig in the sig, please.

bios updates are cummulative, that is, the next one includes the fixes of all previous ones so you only need update with the latest. However I doubt it would fix your issue.

Under the "Intergrated Perpherials" sub menu in the bios:

(requires XP SP2 or better otherwise Disabled or a custom driver)
