I'm in the process of building a WC loop for dual Xeons.
No video cards, the WC is for the cpus only.

With a parallel loop like this , I would normally use slightly larger tubing on the runs before the splits.
I'm using all g 1/4 stuff , so that's kind of irrelevant.

Are there any guidelines for higher spec pumps for splitting runs in parallel ?

:dead:

Any pump that can handle a CPU + GPU loop in series can handle a CPU + CPU loop in parallel. Two identical CPU blocks in parallel will offer half the restriction of a single one.

Pick a D5 or DDC of your choice and move along with your planning. No special consideration is needed in your case. =)

Cool. I kinda thought that.

Related to restriction , A buddy of mine gave me 2 unused koolance 4 port swivel multi-tap things....they look like restrictive, leaky things......I assume proper 'Y' fittings are best ?

Cheers

Anything with a swivel has o-rings, and will eventually fail.

I'd go Y's.
