General Build, Need checking/opinion. SSD Suggestions

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
web browsing, office, gaming, photoshop, really the general things.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1300 (no tax), but want as low as possible

3) Where do you live?

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, Mobo, memory, video card, PSU, 1x HD, 1x SSD. What I need is some SSD options to look at.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Case - Antec P180

6) Will you be overclocking?
Basic/Mild at most

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
ASAP

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

This is a build for someone else, and some double checking would be nice. I need some SSD suggestions as well, it will be required to basically fit Windows 7, Office, Photoshop, and maybe some programs for school work (matlab, autocad, etc, not sure on these at this point in time).

A cheaper motherboard option is something I am looking into as well, since something fancy is not really needed. Person may not OC at all as well, may drop to H67 and 2500.

From what I can tell the actual memory itself is the same, just the heatsink design is different. I know the cheaper Ripjaw X design does fit\, as I am using that mobo/memory/heatsink currently.

Optional - XFX Pro650W Core, but from what I know internally it is the exact same, price is a few dollars higher.
Get a lower wattage PSU, as system does not require that high, however price wise the savings do not seem very much at all.

Undecided at the moment.

Stick with the Black drive as it's still fast.

Motherboard wise, just go for the cheapest MSI or Asus P67 motherboard that you can find.

RAM wise, if DDR3 1333 RAM is only a few dollars cheaper than that DDR3 1600 set, stick with the 1600 set. However if the difference is like $5 to $10, stick with DDR3 1333 RAM.

PSU wise, You'll be fine with the Antec Neo Eco 520C
