No on account of it being from HIS, a company known for poor customer support. Not to mention that it's a tad overpriced at $250 shipped and more than likely out of your budget already.
 
My budget is $150 larger so I am thinking of getting a better video card. Any suggestions?

I want to make my build a little cheaper so can anyone make me a build that is a cheap high end gaming pc. Also I have a hd 24 inch tv that i could maybe use? I was just wondering if that would work out.
