At $120 shipped, that PC P&C PSU is overpriced. This Antec PSU is only $105 shipped and is of significantly higher quality:
$105 - Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W PSU

Rest of the parts looks fine.

For that rig you could also drop down to a 620W power supply with no issues, and save $30.

$76 Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-620 620W

Likewise, unless you need eSATA ports on the board, you can swap down to the GD55 motherboard and save another $15 ($25 after rebate).

$144 ($114 after rebate) MSI P67A-GD55 (B3)
