1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
GAMING. I'm big in battlefield 3 And I want to be ready for 4 when that comes out. Some School work for college. IST. I want to play Battlefield on MAX! BIG GPU!

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Around 2000. but if it can be cheaper then ill be happy.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

Large SSD Card and a 2TB HDD.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 7 will work for me and 64bit.
