this is a great thread and brings back memories.
Ones I am still playing from time to time.
Civilization 3
Age of empires (rarely).
Xcom and it's spin offs.
A couple of the D&D DOS based. (I know they are old, but work fine under dosbox!)

Not sure about the actual count, but the ones that I've played through at least a handful of times each are:

Super Mario Bros
Super Mario Bros 3
Super Mario World
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Star Fox
Metal Gear Solid
Mega Man X
Mega Man Legends
Tekken 1/2/3
Mass Effect

Not too crazy--most games I tend play one or two times and look for something different. It probably doesn't count since The Binding of Isaac is a roguelite, but I have over 1000 hours on the original and almost 600 on rebirth! I don't even tend to play other roguelite style games much, not sure what hooked me so much with that game.

Secret of Evermore

My friend did effects programming on this game. I used to go over to his office at SquareSoft Redmond, and hang out. We'd also hang out in Jeremy Soule's studio a bit there, and check out his keyboards. :D We'd also mess around on the SGI workstation, and play Doom and Heretic after hours on their LAN.

I'm about to replay the Uncharted series again. Looks like I've completed the first game 12 times if you count the original PS3 version and the HD remake for the PS4. Hopefully someday we'll get a PC port and I can add that one to the list, too.

Factor 5 Rogue Squadron games.

KOTOR 1 (watching Canderous mow down sith with his built up minigun-like blaster never got old.)

Mass Effect 1 - I went nuts going after every natural resource in the Mako.

I love Factor 5, but I'm more of a Turrican guy. ;) Still loved the Rogue games though.

Doom 3. I am on my 4th playthrough. Now at 4k/120 on a 55" OLED and it's awesome!

I've played through it so many times now I lost count. I space it out to 1-2 years between plays. Definitely my favorite Doom game with 2016 short behind it. (then the DOS classics, and last Eternal :p ) I do the same with System Shock and System Shock 2 (only those have dropped to around once every 2 years now, because I like to be surprised once in a while which they still manage after all these years)
