Looks good to me.

You can still drop the CD if you want...but it doesn't hurt to have it for that price.

About the NIC's...I don't know about the onboard for nVidia stuff - but if you have 2 then you can do the redundant connection thing - which effectively will double your possible network bandwidth - but a single GigE will almost saturate a standard PCI bus right now by itself. PCI-X or PCIe it wont.

You've got a good looking combination there. And it should grow with you well also.
