GA-P35-DS3R EPP in BIOS?

I'm trying to find in the BIOS how to enable EPP (Enhanced Profile Protocol) for my memory.

I have a GA-P35-DS3R Mobo, with a e6750 running at 400Mhz x 8, and 2 x 1Gb Patriot Extreme 800 DDR2 running at 1:1. I've manually set the memory to its specs: 4-4-4-12, and 2.2v. However, I've read that if your RAM supports EPP, you should Enable it in BIOS for maximum performance.

I don't see EPP or anything similar to it in the BIOS, even after Ctrl-F1 and going into MIT. I'm I missing it, or does Gigabyte not offer EPP on this board?
 
Memory Performance Enhance__________ [Normal]
This setting tells the BIOS to look at your memory for the existence of an EPP
(Enhanced Performance Profile) stored in your memories SPD chip.
I have confirmed this works, if the memory has EPPs, and improves performance. Leave set to Normal for now.

It appears the option above has disappeared from the P35 boards (at least the DQ6 whose manual I checked).

The EPP would affect the sub timings.

You can use SPDtool to see what the EPP subtimings for you stick(s) are and compare them to the bios settings and see if they are automaticlly being implemented or just enter them in by hand.

Warning !!! Just use the above tool to read your SPD chip, using the edit mode can make your memory unusable if you do not know exactly what you are doing.
 
EPP (basically another , tighter SPD table) was originally an nVidia inspired idea (now called SLI Ready) so you tend to find it mostly in the BIOS of nVidia chipset boards.
If you are capable of manually setting timings/voltages in BIOS it shouldn't offer any performance advantage over that.
