So i got this pc, all new

Parts
Corsair CX 430W
Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2V
Gigabyte GTX750 1GB DDR5
Intel Pentium G3258
Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz KHX16C9B1B/4
Western Digital 1TB 64MB WD10EZEX

I had a doa hdd i had to replace, and i still had an issue after replacing it. Couldn't install any OS but hdd worked fine in other system unlike previous one, also i played switcharoo with cables, ports, ram, hdd, but to no effect, new hdd works fine in other system.

I used ubuntu for later tests, and it worked on other pc but not mine. I have wasted a lot of time checking and rechecking, but this helped ultimately.

I have have hiren boot cd and mini windows there froze 3/4 times while loading with hdd in, without hdd it never worked not sure if it needs it, but with setting XHCI to enabled instead of auto it always loaded but froze on desktop possibly because it lost usb ports while loading, anyway irrelevant. Now ubuntu no longer only gave me a black screen it also gave me a loading icon that ultimately failed. I decided to also try integrated graphic and IGFX mode and try ubuntu, worked for the first time plus install could have worked if i wanted it to.

Help me make a conclusion, i could consider installing an OS then replugging my video card but i have a feeling i will get the same issue, and what is the problem anyway. Is mobo bad, is it bad setting, is it bad video card ? Of course i only saw it do the basic stuff from the card but it didn't anything crazy, also mobo seems like it's in working order based on bios.

Install without video card and then plug it in after you've installed all the other drivers, etc.

Check if there's a newer bios available for board.

False alarm on the video card, i was just impatient, or switching around helped, it took a while to get started.

Changing XHCI from AUTO to ENABLED seemed to work, i am installing right now.

There is a newer bios available, but manufacturer doesn't recommend updating unless there are issues, i might need to update in the future.
