The only place that seems to have a time line is Digital Storm. You can either buy the Asus VG248QE with the upgrade pre-installed for $499 or send in your monitor and have them do the upgrade for $299.

Regardless the site says eta mid April. Hopefully Nvidia has some more DIY kits coming because I hate the PWM I'm getting from this monitor. Makes it almost unusable for me when I'm not gaming.

I was surprised to find that I could find anyone selling the kit used on eBay or anywhere.
 
G-Sync removes PWM? I didn't realize that!
 
Yep! I was really excited when I read that from blur busters. The flickering is terrible on my eyes.
