I ordered a SATA WD 120gb from newegg last week and when I got it I could hear a funny noise. 'Clunk clunk clunk' and repeat. The arm is apparently broken. Through Newegg, I Got my RMA number and just went to UPS store to send it back.
The funny part is: Newegg gave me a free customer appreciation pen with the hard drive. Guess what broke when I was at the bank today?

those customer appreciation are junk...i've had 3 of them, they all lasted about a week. but they do look good don't they? :p
 
Last time I ordered I got the T-Shirt, the thread weaving disintegrated on me in church and I was topless for the rest of the mass.

Careful now. I've heard those things can become anti-grav timebombs if you try to mod them. They look pretty nice with a 120MM Blue LED fan though.

I guess I better put my pen away as soon as I get home tonight and unpack my stuff since I'm not very nice to them.
 
The pen is cool. Mine has worked great for 5 months... (deletes line, teh pen will hear it!)
