fuji camera advice

I'd hold off on buying for a little while, they just announced replacements for both of the cameras you're considering.

Just an aside, you don't need good low-light capability for fireworks because they're pretty bright and you'll be shooting long exposures at low ISO. A good tripod is the most important thing, and a remote shutter release won't hurt.
