Hey Peeps,
I saw a thread on /AMD reddit yesterday where gamers are trading their 5700xt to miners for their 6700xt. Apparently the 5700xt is better at mining, and we all know the 6700xt is better at gaming, so it's a win-win for both parties. I have a Sapphire Pulse 5700xt that was purchased from Newegg on 9/5/2019. It has been underclocked/undervolted and kept in a case with great airflow (3x Arctic P12s intake). In addition, last year I replaced the stock paste with TG Conducto LM (detailed work and pictures here, results in same thread here). Needless to say, this card gets great temps at no more than 70-80C while full load gaming. My PC sits in hibernation 80% of the week and nothing is 24/7 on it
If you have a non-reference 6700xt, I am willing to do an even trade.
If you have a non-reference 6800xt, I am willing to pay $200.
Now the question is: how do we trade online? Just trust that we are sending them to each other? I guess thats where heatware (menorton) and board rep. comes in.
