Anyone have any experience with this PSU

Even keeping in mind the low price I would still imagine it is the same decent quality as all of the FSP brand products, but the "AX" nomenclature made me think I should ask you guys.
By the way it would be powering an upgrade of my wife's modest system...
MSI K9VGM-V (VIA K8M890 Socket AM2)
Athlon 64 3200+
Corsiar Value Select PC2 5300 (2x512MB)
eVGA 7600GT (No PCI-E plug, draws all power from socket)
2xIDE HDs
2xIDE DVD/RW
I am buying the mobo, processor, and perhaps this PSU, everything else I have on-hand. The most intensive thing she does with the machine is copy DVD's. I think it will do the trick, but it is never a bad idea to get the opinion and/or experience of others.
Peace
James
