FSB won't go to 133

i have a soyo kt333 ultra platinum, with an 1800+ and a 2100+. When i put the 1800 in no problems but when i put in the 2100 the FSB won't go above 100. When i manually do it the pc locks up and will not boot until i change it back to 100 fsb

any suggestions?

Sounds like a heat issue. Try taking off the heatsink, cleaning the CPU core and heatsink base first. Reapply a thin layer of Arctic Silver and then slap the heatsink back on. I bet that's the issue.
