Why are you even selling a stolen iPhone on here?

To recoup some of the loss caused by the scammer from whom my cousin bought the phone? I thought its obvious.

Is selling a blacklisted phone against the rule here? If so, I am happy to remove it if the model says so.
The blacklisted status is explicitly mentioned in the description.

When u check the IMEI over the internet, it says "reported lost/stolen". How do u its stolen? My cousin certainly did not steal it as she paid good money for it, but obviously got scammed by the seller. God knows whether he found a lost phone then sold it to my cousin, or simply stole it then sold to it to my cousin, or was simply trying to flipping for insurance or things in that nature.

if the phone isn't unlocked you wouldn't even be able to use it internationally?

It can be unlocked, but the blacklist status will still be there, thus can't be used in US as it seems all the carrier share those blacklist. But can be used internationally. I guess that's why there are so many people buying phones with bad ESN or blacklisted IMEI on ebay.
