Hey everyone,

Looks like it is time for my semi-annual office cleaning again! I'll be adding more stuff to the thread as I come across it. Buy my stuff so I can upgrade my home virtualization lab ;)

Shipping is not included in the prices unless noted. If you interested in an item, PM me and I will figure out the shipping costs. All prices are OBO so just shoot me a PM :) I'll try to get pictures up in the next couple days...

For anyone looking for trades... I might be interested in the following;

BR10i or M1015 hba cards
SiliconDust HDHomeRun
SageTV HD300
HP Touchpad (straight trade for a laptop) or 1st gen iPad ;)
SSD drives

Laptops

Servers

Computer Parts

Miscellaneous

Dragon Magazines - $1.50 each (like new and good condition), $1 (fair condition), FREE (poor condition)
Ok... don't expect to really sell these here, but I have a collection of Dragon Magazines (TSR and Wizards of the Coast) going back to around 1996. Anyone looking to fill in gaps in their collection ;) Or if you have some better advice on where to offload these for a little cash. I just hate to throw away almost 15 years of gaming memories into recycling :(

SOLD ITEMS
Dell Perc5i with 2 breakout cables - $75 - SOLD to vinnkoh!
Bought this for a home server.. then decided to do an all-in-one ESXi/ZFS box. If I break out my storage to a physical box, I'll just use ZFS instead of a hardware RAID card anyways...

Dell Poweredge 2950 - Service Tag GGX5WC1 - $700 - SOLD locally
I would really prefer to sell this locally (Houston area) as shipping this beast will be a PITA. I had hoped to use it as a home ESXi box.. but not at 300W  I'm really not sure what to price this at without hard drives.

(2) Intel Xeon E5320 processors - 8 physical cores
4 GB RAM
Perc 5i w/battery
Rails included
2x 300 GB SAS 10k Seagate drives
Windows Server Standard 2003 serial sticker included - 5 CAL

Please give me a heads up on the D620's. IE condition of case and keyboard, condition of
LCD's (scratches, pressure marks, any tint, etc)
I am VERY, VERY interested in either the 2.0 Ghz or the 1.66 Ghz (I'll just upgrade it to 2 or better)
If God's willin', the creek don't rise and the Eagle poops tomorrow's VA pension check I'll probably get one or the other.
I'm typing this on a D830 (was 2.0 Ghz, now 2.4 Ghz) I want another lappy to play with and I was lookin' at the X60 (not the tablet, but no wide screen and only 3 GB's RAM). I like the DELL's and I really like i8kfangui (or however it's spelled)
Thanks

does the perc 5i hace the pci slot mounting bracket?

The Perc5i does come with a bracket, though it is just fastened with a ziptie :). I just needed something to hold it in place in a server. It also has a fan on the chipset to keep it cooler... installed by the previous owner. I managed to find a BBU that charges for it also, so I will include it also...

bump. Dropped the server $100 and reduced the price on the laptop due to a problem with the battery...

Bump for the memories... looks like the magazines will probably end up as landfill :( It doesn't look like eBay would be worth it after fees/shipping/etc. Craigslist has been silent on it also. Then again, Craigslist has been silent on the server too, which surprises me. That may go back to work and tossed in the scrap pile... or used as a test box for Citrix VDI..
