Well I think my PSU kicked the bucket as when I try to switch everything on it spins for like a second then powers down. I tried the paperclip trick and it does the same thing, my PSU is dead then correct?

Hi, I can help you with PC Power products.

Disconnect all of your drives and accessories. Them jump start it and see what happens. It sounds like a bad component is causing the unit to shut off by tripping the protection circuit. Normally when a PSU dies it won't do anything at all because the main fuse blows.

Let me know what happens.

Thanks

Thank you so much I unplugged everything and re-plugged everything back in and it worked, everything spun up and my computer is working fine, I thank you for your honest answer and not just saying "Looks like it is, buy an OCZ or PC Power and Cooling PSU"

No problem, the last thing we want is any product to fail, whether it's under warranty or not.

I hope the PSU just keeps on running!
