freezing issue browser only

so i've got this freezing issue only happening with FF and Chrome, i can't pin point when it'll happen next, both browsers were fully uninstalled and reinstalled and i had FF freeze on me with 2 tabs opened when i tried that youtube type 1980 thing.

following a restart i ran WhoCrashed and it said it "might be an overheating issue".

PC is clean of dust, latest drivers, no malware/other bs etc, temps are perfect.

i can run very demanding games without any problems whatsoever, never freezes.

so what's up ? *scratches head*

don't tell me i'll have to try IE :/
 
Try IE9 and Opera.
Are the crashes occurring when you're on flash heavy websites?
What Anti-virus are you using? What about anti-malware?
 
it even freezes with text only sites, sometimes when typing text or even closing a tab.

i'm only using WSE

i'll try IE9, will see what happens, i'll also delete adobe flash if i freeze again
 
froze aswell

it's only freezing with browsers for some reason

everything else bloody works
 
Try a different hard drive.
Make sure to connect via wired connection if you haven't already. Or try a wifi adapter.
Uninstall and reinstall your NIC drivers.
 
different HD is out of question.
i'm wired, cable with latest NIC drivers.

did some googling and alot of peeps are having same problems, even with different browsers too.

done some tweaking, will see what happens.

i would still like if someone could debug my minidump posted above pretty please :)

Windbg is out of my mental capacity.
 
freezing has stopped after disabling hardware acceleration in FF, also grabbed memory fox 7.4 extension, everything runs fine now.
