So I am looking to build a freeNAS box.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
FreeNAS

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I am trying to keep it under $200

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
MA. I could make a microcenter run, but it is about 2 hours round trip.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Cpu, mb, psu

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I have a case, 4x4gb ddr3 ram, 4x2gb hdds, 8gb flash drive, dual nic card

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I'll be running headless

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within a week or two

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
I need atleast 6 sata ports

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
FreeNAS is free

I know ecc memory is better, but I aleady have 16gb of non ecc memory. Should I go 1150 or fm2+?

Go FM2 with your current RAM:
$65 - AMD A6-6400K CPU
$75 - Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H AMD A88X mATX Motherboard
$64 - XFX TS Series XFX TS 550W PSU
---
Total: $204 shipped

That mobo has eight SATA ports.
