Same question...seems like they are supposed to be replacements for Acronis, CCleaner, etc. but I've never heard of them either.
 
Poor English on the page. I am staying away.
 
Most of that stuff I remove off of PC's because of the other garbage that comes with it or is a useless utility. I'm pretty sure the uninstaller app is flagged as malware by more than one removal tool.
