I think that the reason it's taking so long has nothing to do with the paypal promotion. Remember, this is by far the busiest shipping time of the year. On almost every single retail website, there are warnings regarding the delays in shipping. So it's not that they cannot process it because of paypal, but because of the sheer volume of orders they have to fulfill ahead of yours.

Paypal was having issues with their servers logging the transactions. Everything should be going OK now, but my order was delayed too.
