I could only found an FPS Limiter program that goes up to 100. Is there a reason for this of why doesn't it go more than 100?
I want one that goes more than 100, does anyone know any?

Are you talking about v-sync?

And why do you want to limit you FPS? What are you using it for?

no, not Vsync, just a game fps limiter.
I'm going to use it for a game that glitches on high FPS (go figure!!!) lol

What game?

I remember Quake 2 had a few odd bugs for players with high FPS. If I remember correctly there were instances where you could actually jump higher than players with lower FPS. It was a very slight increase but it allowed for some really cool shortcuts.

Try opening the shortcut created by FPS limiter with notepad and changing the framerate value

That wouldn't happen to be Test Drive Unlimited would it? Weird thing is that the game runs perfectly when i was using a 9800, but started glitching everywhere when i upgraded to 5850. I only figured out it was the framerate when i noticed that it wasn't appearing when i was trying to record with fraps (which incidentally forces a game to 60 fps).

Anyway, best solution some here recommended is to download a utility that forces v-sync (D3DOverrider), hence limiting you to 60 fps. ATI Catalyst v-sync option is broken so i had to resort on a third party utility to force it.

All the Q3/idtech3 based games (and Q1 I think?) had that physics bug aswell.
43/55/76/125/250/333 fps where you can strafe/circle jump - Good times!

So...
What is this game?

If it's a game that has a console ~ you should be able to limit the fps from there.
/com_maxfps 60 or whatever.

It's an old twitch fps game: Fear Combat
I need enough fps but nothing too high (the glitch). 100 FPS is just the minimum least for the game due to quick in game movement etc.
I've tried Tommti but not sure whether it goes above 60 although I've put 120 as a value in the config document.
It's funny how twitch fps games can glitch at high fps lol
