If you're asking for a subforum for people to show off their websites and stuff, I don't know, that could be interesting, but you can already do that on that forum anyway. But it's against the rules to site pimp (advertise your website that you benefit directly from). Don't think that would fly.
 
I thought that "Webmastering & Programming" forum would be the most close to what I am asking for, but I am not sure it matches

I was thinking of a subforum for topics like "I came across a website where you can write like this" http://writeupsidedown.org/
etc
 
There is something like that already: It's the WLWC or Web Links Worth Clicking subforum of the subscription only General Mayhem subforum here in this forum.
