Just noticed that when you click on certain usernames, and select "Find all posts by <username>", it will come up with a Database Error. Doesn't happen on all users, though.

EDIT: Appears to do it on my username, actually, as well as some others. Some work fine, though, and you can still access the All Posts by User list from their profile just fine.
 
It happens to me sometimes to. Just refresh the database error page and it almost always gets you back to where you meant to go.
