I picked up this quote from another forum:

"Greetings, all. I hit the torrent site suprnova several times a day, and noticed that there are several Doom 3 torrents going. The thing that is amazing to me is that one of the torrents has 740+ seeders and 26,000+ downloaders, and another has 520+ seeders and 27,000+ downloaders. Not to mention, there are other Doom 3 torrents listed that have some amount of activity. That is over 50 thousand Doom 3 downloads going at once, and that is according to the tracking on only one site! That is a hell of a lot of pirating action!"

So much for getting Doom legit.
