Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
So I got the client I am now folding, is there a way I can make it stop automatically when I am using programs that need processing power or do I gotta do it manually just wondering thanks alot.
The CPU Client gives back the cycles as needed as they only use the idle cycle meaning they'll use whatever you are not using. In the end it'll always show 100% CPU usage but don't worry. If you need the processing power, the client will give it to you automatically.
If it's the standard client or the SMP it should release cycles as needed... the new GPU client may be a bit sketchy but the others should have little to no impact on performance.....
And thanks for folding..... we're all glad you've joined the [H]orde
