Has anyone tried this in their system? If so, how is it doing?

Krazy_Joe said:I bought fluid xp and it was utter crap!!! I had to drain my system after only 5 months of usage only to discover that the fluid caused my block and radiator to corrode. It ruined my blocks aluminum barbs but thanks to polarflo they sent me another since i couldnt get the barbs off to be replaced. Dont get fluid xp... its pricey and it started clouding up and depositing white junk all over my tubes after one month. Im using hydrx now and im very happy. You can also find it at swiftech for $1.85 a bottle! Pair that with a $0.98 gallon of distilled water and your good to go! thats less than 3 bucks to fill your loop up vs the 35+ bucks for that junk. Also, i didnt have one of my hoses down tight enough and the hydrx got on my video card... i noticed some artifacts during gaming and saw a small puddle building on top of the card (thank goodness for hydrx being UV reactive!!) Anyways, i wiped it off with a dry paper towel and turned my computer back on. It was just fine and dandy after that. So make the right choice! go hydrx or something similar
Top Nurse said:Well the first time I saw this there was some guy trying to sell this stuff up at the Pomona Computer swapmeet (EXPO). I remember them running a MB submerged in the stuff and while it was in the afternoon he claimed to have been running like that all day. That was kind of like a circus stunt to me and I just went off to find my other booty for the day. I'm hoping next time I go there I will see the same guy as he was also drinking the stuff inbetween bites of his sandwichI think a [H] video taped experiment is in order. I know Sharka Corp sells this stuff so I think I can talk him into doing a little experiment with a bottle of the stuff.
So what do you guys think would be a reasonable proof? What should we try do to prove or disprove this manufacturer's claims? I was thinking of hooking up a MB and PSU in a big plastic container running some program like Windoze so we can monitor system stats while the experiment is in progress. And pour this stuff directly into the PSU and all over the motherboard.
