Windows and BIOS all detect it yet when I put a disk/cd in it, it doesn't even spin up. Does anyone know whats going on?

Jan 26, 2004 #2 P pduan87 [H]ard|Gawd Joined Dec 31, 2001 Messages 1,923 Ok, I solved the floppy issue. The cd however, still remains. Only the CDRW will run. Both of them are seen but I can't open the CDR and the cd will not spin up. Any ideas?
