Fitting WC setup inside a PC65B

I want to cool my CPU which is a 939 ATM and my x1900XT, so it would be a CPU and GPU loop.

I have a Lian Li PC 65B which is a great case and I love it and I don't want to change cases. I am wondering how I can get a WC setup inside this case and still maintain functionality.

Now I have been going through the WC Pictures thread and seen a few PC65's so but I don't know which whould be the best.

I could do a dual 120MM rad on the top of the case, which would freeup some working room inside but thats a mod, one that I am comfortable with, but none the less its more work. I have seen a single 120MM by harddrive cage with a 5.25 res and a pump below GPU but thats not to eye catching IMO.

Also I have thought about building an external WC setup, but when I think about it thats not as portable as a all in one.

I know I am kinda throwing this out there, but people with this case or any ideas on how I could run the setup please let me know, I wanna get some opinions before I start thinking about this again to hard.

Thanks.

Alrite, I found pictures of what I would like to do. Shout to fallguy for his setup...

Tho I have one concern, because I have an Ultra D, and since the RAM is above the CPU this pushes my CPU and PCI slots down, so I don't think I will be able to run a pump there, however I can move my harddrives to the 3.25s bays, move my opticals down, put my rad in the top which will take up the 5.25's bays and it will be okay.

Anyways, any suggestions or ideas would be great.

i am running the machine in my sig in a PC65B no problems and great temps. It is a bit cramped for space compared to a full tower but this is much more portable.

I've been re-thinking my WC'ing for rite now. I am getting 32 Idle not sure about Load at the moment, but I want to go buy a LIS 2 VFD, Two LianLi Bezels and a few other things that would be about half of the WC. Anyways I guess I should upgrade to AM2 before I get a new WC setup.

I also was thinking about doing an external WC box...

I have the same case. I am going to assemble a loop tomorrow consisting of Storm/50Z/MCR220. I plan on using a 127mm hole saw to cut 2 fan holes on the top of the case where i'll mount the rad. I am placing the pump underneath the floppy bay (where I can fit 2x HDDs) I also removed the "speaker" that came with the case (located on the bottom right under the HDD cage. I also removed the HDD cage, and that thing that is on the bottom of the case. Used a drill to knock out the rivets. I'll post pics when I'm done bleeding.

there is plentry of room for the toa dual rad like a bip2 up top, there is also enough room for a pa160 in the front bottom. I actually havedone both but the rest of the system is still not attached yet

Heh, that was my setup about 4.5 years ago or so. My first WC setup ever. Id forgotten about that dir, thanks. :)

I have same case and will post pics tomorrow.....

rig is sig with:
BIP240
BIP120
Laing DCC-plus alphacool top and res
TDX
Maze4
Alphacool NF4 chipset
DD fillport

and it fits nicely....

external top mount for BIP240 above the PSU
intake 120 in front is where the BIP120 is

Well WCing is going on hold, with my X1900XT here, and my A64 x2 3800+ comming, I need to get 2GB of RAM.

Around mid of august early sept i'll start building the WC setup.

Keep the ideas comming in tho, great ideas so far.

I'd like to keep it all internal, so BIP2 on top inside is the best.
