First time E5200+P5Q pro OC'ing

Hey i'm having issues getting my e5200 past 3.3 ghz, considering this is my first time overclocking im not sure at what to set everything to. I have it at 300x11, but when i try for 300x11.5 i can boot to my desktop but i cant even get prime95 for 1 minute. And when i go for 300x12 it goes to desktop but blue screens in 5 seconds. I have tried bumping up the voltage to 1.26 but still nothing.
As follows right now i have everything at auto and left alone except fsb 300 and multi 11x. Any help please?! vcore 1.232-1.240 and temps 58C 58C max 36/37C idle.
 
You might have to bump the VCore even more, or check your memory multiplier. At 300mhz FSB, you'd definitely have to make sure they are right.
 
Hm, are my temps ok under load?, and my memory multiplier you mean my ram frequency? so should i just set it to the closest to my fsb? even tho i have it set to auto.
