So im a total noob with all of the new parts on the market and this will be my first pc to build.
I'm trying to go the cheapest route without any hiccups while watching high resolution video. I mainly web browse, watch high res videos and do small rendering projects once a month.
I don't think I need anything too powerful to do those basic tasks. I just looked around a little bit and saw a barebones kit on tiger direct for an i3 for $350. Would something like that be suitable for my application? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Web browsing, 1080p video/movies everyday, small rendering projects once a month
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
As cheap as possible no more than $370
3) Where do you live?
Indiana
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU RAM CASE POWERSUPPLY MOTHERBOARD HEAT SINK
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
HARD DRIVES DVD DRIVE
6) Will you be overclocking?
POSSIBLY?
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
23" ACER
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
ASAP
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
***
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
YES 64bit

Generally, avoid most barebones kits since a good majority of the time, they will have some shitty PSU that'll eventually harm the PC itself.

Also, what hard drives will you be reusing? Basically are they SATA or PATA?

Yes, SATA 120GB Main HD.
2TB and 1TB storage SATA HD

Way better than the Core i3 setup. Do note that the combo deal ends at the end of the month so better order the CPU and motherboard from the above combo link ASAP.

Thanks! Do you have any recommendations on heat sink/fan?
