any one else having the issues of pages not keeping you logged in?
all the pages i usually have to log into dont, the user name and password are there and i have to click log in... kinda annoying

That isn't a 3.5 issue, its a Firefox issue. Only way to solve it is a full and complete uninstall then reinstall.
Its been brought up quite a few times before with many versions of FF.

Funny.......I have never had this problem with FF, only with IE7(really.....I'm not trying to hate on IE).

Have you installed any cookie handlers?
If [H] hasnt got a cookie or has no access to it, you will have to log in manually every time.

Or do you have Firefox set to delete private data whenever Firefox is closed?

no and no to nenu and gjs... uninstall and reinstall fixed the problem

FF 3.5 with adblocker+anycolor is amazing. Opera may be the fastest but it is a bitch to configure proper adblocking on that.
