OK, after much discussion (mostly about compatibility issues) i took all your advice and finally picked out my parts for my first computer build! Again, I am building a pretty bottom of the barrel computer, not to use, but pretty much just for the experience of building it. Can you please look at all my parts one more time and make sure I don't have any compatibility issues before i put my order in? Thanks a bunch!

Despite popular belief, no, we don't memorize newegg part numbers. ;) Please list product names along with those links so we don't have to click on all of those.

Thanks.

EDIT: Better yet, please close this thread. You have multiple threads all discussing what seems to be the same build.

I'd wait until the Core i7 comes out before buying any motherboards or CPUs. It will drive down the prices of both the Core 2 Duo's and Quads as well as the Phenom and Athlon processors. Everything should drop in price across the board. (Well motherboards and CPUs anyway.) Don't forget there will also be a sub $300 Core i7 part if the rumors hold true. Maybe worth looking into for some folks who might benefit from what it has to offer. (General statement, not meant for the OP.)

Also new RAM modules are coming for Nehalem. So that may drive down the price of existing dual channel kits. Something to think about.
