Let us know what you think. I need to start XIII-2 first
XIII-2 was OK. If you like weird time travel type stories. I actually liked XIII better but it seems like I'm the only one.
They can't handle a fast paced battle system, they need the slow turned based one to understand it.
You have a limited amount of time to complete the game in.
Whelp, that kills all interest I had in the game.
I might just skip a few days, i dunno if I'm gonna miss out on any events that might happen later in the game.
That's the only part of the game that I don't like. Some quests are limited to a specific time. I accidentally picked one up that I didn't want to take yet. So now on my next day I have to go back to that city and spend some time there. I've also missed a step in two sidequests because I got the a location like 30 seconds too late. So then you have to wait a day to continue those sidequests. It puts a bit of pressure on you to stay on schedule. For a first playthrough that can be tough but I think subsequent playthroughs will be interesting.
That's the most "this is a Japanese game" thing I've ever heard in my life. If you miss a spot by 30 seconds, you're late to do the quest? Can you do it again...or is a new game + required?

It's not that hard to manage your time. I've never really had an issue completing quests. It was never "you missed this place by 30 seconds" because the distance was too far. With chronostasis (freeze time for a few minutes), I had time to spare on all my quests.
There were times where I looked at a quest and missed its time for the day because I wasnt paying attention (I was focused on other quests), but its not like a frantic time squeeze to get everything done. I havent failed a quest because I ran out of time, I just completed it the following day.
I'm on day 8 I think, and I've completed most of the side quests. There are some collection quests and "find this" quest which I havent figured out where to go, but I have days of extra time.
